- ***dim   -*** The cell dimension
- ***level -*** The number of points in one dimension, 2^l
- ***a     -*** left end of interval (often-1)
- ***b     -*** right end of interval (often +1)



## Output Parameter

- ***q -*** A `PetscQuadrature` object
