## Input Parameters

- ***mesh -*** The `DMPLEX`
- ***p -*** The point, which must lie in the chart set with `DMPlexSetChart()`
- ***size -*** The cone size for point `p`





## Note
This should be called after `DMPlexSetChart()`.
