Get coordinates for a cell, taking into account periodicity

## Input Parameters

- ***dm   -*** The `DMPLEX`
- ***cell -*** The cell number



## Output Parameters

- ***isDG   -*** Using cellwise coordinates
- ***Nc     -*** The number of coordinates
- ***array  -*** The coordinate array
- ***coords -*** The cell coordinates
