Create the determinant field for a Riemannian metric

## Input parameters

- ***dm          -*** The `DM` of the metric field
- ***f           -*** The field number to use



## Output parameter

- ***determinant -*** The determinant field
- ***dmDet       -*** The corresponding `DM`
