Creates a mesh on the tensor product of the unit interval with the circle (cylinder) using wedges.

- ***comm -*** The communicator for the `DM` object
- ***n    -*** The number of wedges around the origin
- ***interpolate -*** Create edges and faces



## Output Parameter

- ***dm  -*** The `DM` object
