Creates a mesh on the d-dimensional sphere, S^d.

- ***comm    -*** The communicator for the `DM` object
- ***dim     -*** The dimension
- ***simplex -*** Use simplices, or tensor product cells
- ***R       -*** The radius



## Output Parameter

- ***dm  -*** The `DM` object
