Provide a `Vec` capable of holding the natural ordering and distribution. 
## Synopsis

PetscErrorCode DMPlexCreateNaturalVector(DM dm, Vec *nv)

## Input Parameter

- ***dm -*** The distributed `DMPLEX`



## Output Parameter

- ***nv -*** The natural `Vec`





## Note
The user must call `DMSetUseNatural`(dm, `PETSC_TRUE`) before `DMPlexDistribute()`.
