Get the vertex adjacency for the given entity

- ***dm -*** The DMMoab object
- ***ehandle -*** Vertex entity handle



## Output Parameters

- ***nconn -*** Number of entities whose coordinates are needed
- ***conn -*** The vertex entity handles
