Creates a `DMDA` with the same layout but with fewer or more fields 
## Synopsis

PetscErrorCode DMDACreateCompatibleDMDA(DM da, PetscInt nfields, DM *nda)

- ***da -*** the distributed array
- ***nfields -*** number of fields in new `DMDA`



## Output Parameter

- ***nda -*** the new `DMDA`
