Restores local vectors for each part of a `DMCOMPOSITE`

Not Collective; No Fortran Support


## Input Parameter

- ***dm -*** the `DMCOMPOSITE` object



## Output Parameter

- ***Vec ... -*** the individual sequential `Vec`
