Sets routine to use to destroy the user-provided application context.

pc - the preconditioner context
destroy - the application-provided destroy routine

Calling sequence of `destroy`#

PetscErrorCode destroy(PC pc)

pc - the preconditioner, get the application context with PCShellGetContext()
