KSPSetInitialGuessKnoll#

Tells the iterative solver to use PCApply() to compute the initial guess (The Knoll trick)

ksp - iterative context obtained from KSPCreate()
flg - PETSC_TRUE or PETSC_FALSE

Developer Note#

The Knoll trick is not currently implemented using the KSPGuess class
