Sets the number of processes in each dimension

Input Parameters

• da - the DMDA

• m - the number of X procs (or PETSC_DECIDE)

• n - the number of Y procs (or PETSC_DECIDE)

• p - the number of Z procs (or PETSC_DECIDE)
