Monitor the schedules generated by the `TSTrajectory` checkpointing controller

- ***tj -*** the `TSTrajectory` context
- ***flg -*** `PETSC_TRUE` to active a monitor, `PETSC_FALSE` to disable



## Options Database Key

- ***-ts_trajectory_monitor -*** print `TSTrajectory` information
