## Input Parameter

- ***dm -*** `DM` to be used with `TS`



## Output Parameter

- ***tsdm -*** private `DMTS` context





## Notes
Use `DMGetDMTSWrite()` if write access is needed. The `DMTSSetXXX()` API should be used wherever possible.
