Sets the reason the `SNES` iteration was stopped.

## Input Parameters

- ***snes -*** the `SNES` context
- ***reason -*** negative value indicates diverged, positive value converged, see `SNESConvergedReason` or the
manual pages for the individual convergence tests for complete lists
