Returns the objective function set with `SNESSetObjective()`

## Input Parameter

- ***snes -*** the `SNES` context



## Output Parameters

- ***obj -*** objective evaluation routine (or `NULL`); see `SNESObjectFunction` for details
- ***ctx -*** the function context (or `NULL`)
