Gets the preconditioning side.

- ***snes -*** iterative context obtained from `SNESCreate()`



## Output Parameter

- ***side -*** the preconditioning side, where side is one of


```none
      `PC_LEFT` - left preconditioning
      `PC_RIGHT` - right preconditioning (default for most nonlinear solvers)
```
