- ***sf -*** star forest of type `PETSCSFWINDOW`
- ***unit -*** data type for each node



## Output Parameters

- ***localtypes -*** types describing part of local leaf buffer referencing each remote rank
- ***remotetypes -*** types describing part of remote root buffer referenced for each remote rank
