- ***pc -*** the preconditioner context
- ***view -*** the application-provided view routine



## Calling sequence of `view`

   PetscErrorCode view(PC pc, PetscViewer v)
```


- ***pc -*** the preconditioner, get the application context with `PCShellGetContext()`
- ***v   -*** viewer
