Add space for a number of new points in the `DMSWARM` 
## Synopsis

PetscErrorCode DMSwarmAddNPoints(DM dm, PetscInt npoints)
```

## Input parameters

- ***dm -*** a `DMSWARM`
- ***npoints -*** the number of new points to add





## Notes
The new point will have all fields initialized to zero.
