Determine whether a label assigns a value to a point

## Input Parameters

- ***label -*** the `DMLabel`
- ***point -*** the point



## Output Parameter

- ***contains -*** Flag indicating whether the label maps this point to a value





## Note
The user must call `DMLabelCreateIndex()` before this function.
