Refines a `DM` object, all levels at once 
## Synopsis

PetscErrorCode DMRefineHierarchy(DM dm, PetscInt nlevels, DM dmf[])

## Input Parameters

- ***dm -*** the `DM` object
- ***nlevels -*** the number of levels of refinement



## Output Parameter

- ***dmf -*** the refined `DM` hierarchy
