Display partitioning imbalance information.

PetscErrorCode MatPartitioningViewImbalance(MatPartitioning matp, IS partitioning)
Collective
Input Parameters#
matp - the matrix partitioning object
partitioning - the partitioning. For each local node this tells the processor number that that node is assigned to.
