New Argo paper published

Understanding the Impact of Dynamic Power-Capping on Application Progress was presented at IPDPS 2019.

The paper was presented by Srinivasan Ramesh, our former summer intern from the University of Oregon, at the 33rd IEEE International Parallel and Distributed Processing Symposium (IPDPS 2019) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
